The CSETS board members are selected from the 3 regions known as Het, Wilnew and Ko’pthut which is comprised from the 19 Coast Salish Communities plus the 3 Aboriginal Friendship Centres that formed the society.

Het and Ko’pthut each select 2 members for their regions and Wilnew selects 3 members.

At each AGM, the selected directors elect officers for the society that will act for a one year term. These officer positions include: President, Vice President, Secretary/Treasurer.
