The operations of the Society are to be carried out primarily in the area from Qualicum down the east coast of Vancouver Island to Saanich and extending west to Pacheedaht, in the province of British Columbia. This clause is alterable.

The Society will be carried out without purpose of gain for its members or directors, and any profits or other accretions to the Society will be used in promoting its purposes. This clause is unalterable.

Upon dissolution of the Society, after payment of all liabilities, the assets and property of the Society will be paid and distributed to an organization or organizations promoting interest in or development of purposes which are beneficial to aboriginal peoples of British Columbia. This clause is unalterable.
